My mum died four weeks ago.
Sadly I found her at home and I'm still feeling traumatised.
I can function through the day but I'm scared to go to sleep as every time I close my eyes I see the image of when I found her.
I'm exhausted but can't take sleeping tablets as i have young children.
I miss her so much 😢

I'm so sorry about the loss of your mum. I lost my mum a few weeks ago. My GP mentioned a website called Cruse. They should be able to offer you some support and advice.

I'm sorry that you have lost your mum. I just want to say it is normal to at first focus on the trauma but eventually all of your good lovely happy memories of your mum will take over Flowers

Im so sorry OP , I lost my mum 5 weeks tomorrow so I feel your pain. It must have been an awful shock to find her, I cant imagine how that feels. My mum passed in her sleep and I am just thankfull that she went peacefully and not in any pain. Could you take any solice from that thought? 💐
