When did you lose your dad? Mine passed in March. He was diagnosed with pancreatic and oesophageal cancer on the 2nd Feb and died 6th March. I miss him so much

I lost my Dad in January this year, bastarding liver cancer.

I still miss him with a physical pain.

Dreading Christmas.

I lost my dad in february. I miss him so much.

It would have been his 70th in October and that hit me really hard.
I'd been ok up until about a week ago, but somethings changed.
I just want to hide away until after the first anniversary of his passing.

I'm so sorry, it does get harder, but it eventually gets easier xx

I lost my dad in October 2022 a week after diagnosis with oesophageal cancer .
It gets easier to live with your loss.
My dad will be with me for as long as I live even if he isn't physically here he is a part of me, his in my memories and I carry him in my heart every day and think very fondly of my lovely dad .
Take care of yourself

My dad died over 30 years ago. He's with me when I'm working in my garden. When I'm sitting quietly in the autumn sunshine. I still wear his jumper when I'm doing painting and some of the furniture I have in my home was made by him. He's right here with me.

Same. My Dad diagnosed and died 3 weeks later on 26 March. Pancreas cancer.

I'm having a hard spell at the moment. Miss him loads.
