Firstly sorry for putting this here, feels a selfish question on this board - truly hope it doesn’t offend anyone, I Just want to sense check what’s going on with me I guess! I Lost my lovely DM in April, after a long and stressful illness that lasted years - up until then my cycle was pretty much consistent, often early if anything. But since the loss it has been 7-12 days late every month.

I am late 30’s so have considered peri menopause also, I just wanted others experience.

My periods stopped completely for 6 months when my parent died. After 6 months they went back to the usual cycle.

Yes definitely. Mine were all over when DM was diagnosed with terminal cancer.

I am around the same stage as you and it is so hard. I am so sorry for your loss. Mine have been all over the place Early/late/shorter/longer. I pressume it is just our bodies confusion over the trauma of the time but due to my age I was also wondering if peri. X
