Do you ever dream about the loved one you have lost?

My wee mum died 4 years ago and when I dream of her sometimes it brings me comfort it's like I can almost see her in 3d form again but sometimes like last night it leaves me as bereft as I was the first few days cause I can hear her and almost smell her.

I'm gutted that I still haven't dreamt about my mum who died back in October 2022. My brother has but despite me and mum being really close and always on my mind I haven't.

I’m so sorry you have both lost your mums. I can’t imagine how it must feel-I’m so sorry.
I have dreamt of my nan who passed in March. She was wearing the cardigan that I have to remind me of her… she was on the stairs of my house, at a point in my dream when I was in despair about something else. She was like an Angel and instantly the despair just vanished! Then she was gone and I woke up. It was like she was there, and that felt ‘normal’ in my dream which was lovely. Just like it always was, there she was and how normal for her to be there... I miss her so much!
