Cough

Hi just my Mum last week. When Dad passed away I had a cough after a week , I was quite poorly..

So I'm on a week and the cough has arrived coincided with the bereavement one week later.

Coincidence or is my immune system shot

sorry for your loss. Immune systems get battered by stress. U may b far more susceptible to illness at the moment. Take very good care of yourself, rest, time outside, sleep and so on.
