A very dear friend lost her father yesterday. I want to reach out so she knows I am here for her (we’ve been friends for over 20 years) and I was thinking about getting her something to honour her father (if this is a good idea?). I’ve seen mentioned before that flowers aren’t a good idea as they fade so quickly. She has a supportive husband and family around her but I would like her to know that I am here and thinking of her if ever she needs me. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
