Dry eyes from crying?

Hello everyone. I lost my baby DD a year ago, and lost several small babies too. In the last few months I’ve had such dry eyes. I’m wondering if crying a lot can give you chronic dry eyes? I think I’m coping quite well, but even when I feel good I still need time in the evening to have a bit of a cry and cuddle her teddy. Google isn’t so helpful. I’ve been using eye drops for a couple of months and I’m trying to drink more water. Thank you for any replies.

I'm so ,so sorry. Try using warm heat compresses twice a day, that's really good for dry eyes x

I am very sorry for your loss.

it cd b that you have blocked meibomium glands. Try hot compresses twice a day, eye massage, blephasol to clean eyes with a cotton bud, cod liver oil supplements and non preservative eye drops. Systane do individual vials in multipacks.

I hope you find some relief and i hope your loss becomes easier over time. Life can be so hard.
