Suicide

I appreciate it's different for everyone, and I have lost multiple people to suicide previously but can someone just remind me of how it feels horrific at first and then slowly gets better?

I do know it gets better, but I just feel so confused, upset, angry, fine, hyper, rinse and repeat.

I'm trying to think of ways to help myself but I just cannot get my head around anything helpful.

Hello,
I lost a family member to.suicide this year. I don't think it does get better, but over time there is integration in a way between the loss and the rest of you. I think of it as having a huge suitcase or bag, so heavy and impossible but because you have to carry it you grow stronger and find a way.
So very sorry for your loss, sending love and hope your way .
