Grief Recovery Method- thoughts?

My lovely dad died 2 months ago, and I lost my mum many years ago. My dad dying has relit the deep pain I experienced with my mum. Feeling lost and broken.
The grief recovery method has been recommended to me,but it costs £600 for the sessions, so I'm wondering what people's thoughts are on it?
Thanks x

OP so sorry for your loss. There's a specific thread here for people who've lost parents and you'd be welcome there.

What are you hoping to change, what do you hope intervention can provide that you don't have in your life now? Grief is awful but it's normal. Are there specific circumstances (e.g. complicated family relationships or other stress and trauma in your life) that are making things much harder? If so, would specific counselling be a better use of £600?

You don't have to answer any of this btw! They're just things that might help you decide whether this particular approach is right for you.
