Sharing a very helpful article from The Times

I/we lost our wonderful father/grandfather, very suddenly and unexpectedly this year, this article about coping with bereavement at Christmas has proven to be very helpful.

I hope it brings comfort/succour to others facing a gaping hole at their Christmas table.

Thank you for sharing that article. My husband died unexpectedly 10 weeks ago. I have had a terrible day, as have my young adult sons who are all here. I am filled with anxiety & grief. Reading the article made me realise I’m allowed to be upset & not feel guilty. Thank you
