Bereavement Counselling

My husband lost both his parents within the past year. Both losses were unexpected. He never had the opportunity to grieve for one before he’d lost the other and, despite saying he was coping, he broke down recently.
I think it’d be helpful for him to speak to someone about his grief and he has now agreed. Would anyone be able to advise how we find a reputable counsellor? Thank you.

Start with Cruse who are a specialist bereavement counselling org. Then if they're full or not available in your area try looking in the directories at BACP and UKCP.
www.cruse.org.uk/
www.bacp.co.uk/
www.psychotherapy.org.uk/
People are doing online work at the mo but some are also seeing people face-to-face. Take your time. He should choose someone he feels 'right' with, not just take the first person he sees.
Good luck and sorry for yours and his loss OP. Flowers
