In 2015 we had a tfmr. Our son was born sleeping and I just dissolved into tears in church this morning. I asked God to look after him until I could without thinking and just burst into tears. Does it ever get easier?

Oh darling I’m so sorry to hear this. It doesn’t get easier but you will get better at coping with it. Your loss will always be part of you as your baby was a part of you. Sending sympathy and a hand hold. Flowers

I know the feeling.
I started crying at my dd's grave this morning. She died 4yrs ago. It was made worse by a couple who came to ask if I was ok. This year I have really felt down from the beginning of December and dreading Christmas.

Thank you for all your replies. He was called Geraint and he had trisomy 13, or Pataus Syndrome.

Parkhead Paradise, I'm very sorry for the loss of your daughter.

It just doesn't ease does it?

Nice name @Sunbrightpeninsularsoftheswo
No it doesn't get easier, sadly.

Thanks

I have (too) many friends that have stillborn DC they are always remembered by friends and family I may not mention it to them unless they do but their birthdays and Christmas they are remembered and no I don't expect their parents will ever "get over it".

Lovely name and 4 years, darling that is nothing at all ThanksThanksThanks
