Sorry for your loss Flowerpot26
Your probably still in shock. It horrible having to deal with the death of a loved one.

Do whatever you have to do to get through each day. One day at a time. Nothing else matters. Don't think about next week, next month, next year. Just focus on today. Do you have family with you?

I am so sorry. I can't remember the days after my darling mum passed, it's a kind of fog.
All I can say is take it one step at a time. Do what has to be done and don't be afraid to cry.
The pain does ease, you never forget, but one day, not too far away, you will be able to talk and remember your mum with both laughter and sadness. Thanks

How awful Flowerpot26. I am so very sorry. What a dreadful shock for you.

There are no easy words to comfort you after such a dreadful loss. You have to take everything a step at a time. Do you have much support around you? Flowers

So many Thanks, Flowerpot26

My DH died suddenly so I have some idea of your feelings.

But your mother is your mother. Would you like to tell us something about her?

I am so sorry that you have had this awful shock. I hope you have people around you to help and support you.

You will get through this. Even though it feels impossible. Life is really difficult at times. Keep going a day at a time and be kind to yourself. Thinking of you.
