Dying

I’ve never liked thinking about death but now I’ve got 2 boys I think about it all the time and how I’m scared to die and leave them alone without their mum.
Does anyone feel the same? I think about it more than I probably should 😢

Me too! But I do tend to suffer with anxiety in general. Do you?
I think it's normal to worry about this alittle once you've had children but if it's really effecting you on a daily basis, then perhaps talk to your gp. Flowers

Yeah I have anxiety also but I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels the same, thank you I might make an appointment with gp, anytime I have time to think that’s all I think about 😢

I do know how you feel! I feel the same. If you didn't want to go down the medication route then I recommend cognitive behaviour therapy. I find that helped me.
But even now if I've any time at all on my hands I can't help but worry about it, I really have to tell myself it's just a thought, and try anything at all to distract myself.
Yes definitely do talk to gp, this is something they can help with.
Good luck! Smile
