My Nan passed away just before Christmas, and I’m broken.

I had posted another thread previously, which has now just turned into my space for talking to her.

But I need some love, and support please. Thank you x

I'm so sorry to hear of your Nan's passing.
Such a sad sad time for you.

Take each day as it comes and don't be hard on yourself you need time to remember and time to think about her.

My friend had some counselling from Cruse after a bereavement- I don't know if you'd find that helpful?

Buy her favourite flowers for your house and listen to her favourite songs when you feel able.

Take care Thanks

Thank you x

I think I can access bereavement counselling through work.

There are so many things I relate to her and these things bring me comfort, but I find quiet times hardest. I’ve been listening to Radio 2 in the car, as she always had it on in the house, and ABBA too!

We are getting round to what will be some tough times - her and my grandads birthdays and anniversary, mother’s day. I don’t know how these days will be or what to expect. Part of me still wants to buy and write cards but I haven’t got anywhere to send them or put them .
