Missing my sister

My sister died in November. She had been ill a while and we'd said all the things that needed saying so I don't have any regrets bit I miss her. I can't bare the thought of all the years ahead when she's not here. Everyone has been very supportive and I know it will get easier but I just wanted to put in writing, tonight, that I miss her. That's all.

My sister died 5 years ago. I miss her with all my heart and soul. It does get easier, however it is a process so be kind to yourself.

My sister died five years ago, three days beford Christmas. It's easier most of the time but sometimes I still can't believe it.

I honestly don't think the missing and wanting to share goes away.

Somedays it's easier and other days it is just pants.

It's really at the raw stages for you, just take each day as it comes. Take care x
