feel really guilty now

my daughter rang me last night at work to say her partner was really upset to say noone had rung him to ask how his dads day was. it was his first fathers day but his son died in december, he is not the girls dad ,they dont call him dad but hes the best thing that ever happenend to them, i really didnt think,and is it too late to do anything about it ,they are expecting a baby in september, but its been a busy week with gd having op. my daughter did get him card and pressie but girls gave him it early. should i leave it now or mention it

Well, you could always ring him, say you meant to call yesterday to see how he was and how was it. Either act quickly or leave it...

you could ring today and tell him that you didn;t feel you sholuld ring yesterday. if you do somethign it has tobe today imo

thanks, i rang him he was fine ,he had decided to work all weekend than b around for it but feel better now i have spoke to him
