Grief

It’s an odd thing isn’t it? Yesterday I had an ok day. Today felt so bad I had to go to bed. My heads so fuzzy and keep bursting into tears. How do other people manage? Do you try and distract yourself or just sit with it for want of a better expression?

Go with it, if you feel like crying then do. If you are angry-rage (write it down if no-one to tell).

It is all 'normal'. I know people say this but take each day as it comes Sad

I think it's normal. I lost my Dad at Christmas and still have two or three tearful nights a week. No advice except be kind to yourself and talk if you need to. Nobody is talking about my Dad any more. It's very sad.

My DF died 7 months ago. Some days I shed a few tears but can smile at happy memories. Other days I feel as if I am falling apart. It is very hard.

It doesn't help that life goes on as normal around you.

MN has definitely helped me on days when I feel I can't talk to anybody in RL
