My DSis friend

hung himself on Friday night and no-one knows why. She saw him last week and they had a good chat and everything was fine and going well with him and then he did it. He was only just 30 I think When she told me today I just froze, he was such a lovely guy and will be sorely missed by all his friends down here.

pass my sympathies on to your sister.....i went through something very similar a few years ago.
my friend seemed the happiest he'd been in years, lots of stress and hard times behind him then out of the blue he hung himself. i kept thinking if there was something else i should have said, i really thought i should have known that deep down he was still so sad inside, but time has made me realise there really was nothing i could do.

I really do sympathise. My cousin hung herself about nine months ago. She had had a lot of problems in her life, we thought she had moved on but she was just covering up how she really felt. She was only 32 its just such a waste but if someone feels that way i just don't think you can do anything. What makes it worse is she has three lovely children and they will never really know what a beautiful person she was. Your sister will be in my thoughts x
