Can I recommend something?

I've been listening to a podcast called griefcast and honestly it's just beautiful. It's a lovely, gentle host called Cariad Lloyd and she has a conversation with different comedians about their grief.
The chats are so open and honest, yet funny and relatable.
I've found it really soothing to hear other people's experience of death and how they've coped, hopefully it can help someone else too.
I promise I'm not Cariad or connected to the podcast in any way, just thought it might be helpful.

Thank you so much for this recommendation Colin. I've just subscribed and am listening to the first one now. It's such a relief to hear others talking about this awful secret club we're all in.

No problem scatter, hope you enjoy it.
It’s a horrible club to be a part of and I still have a lot of days where it’s all I want to talk about. It can be hard to find an audience for that obviously so I like to listen to something like this on those days.
