Hi, Im around 6 weeks preg and have had some bleeding and thought I was miscarrying. doc said cervix was closed so Id be okay, but just had scan and they cant see an embryo. They said there was possibly a pregnancy sac but couldnt see anything it so could be pseudosac. They also said I had free fluid present but didnt say what this means, any ideas is it good or bad to have this fluid? Im so screwed up cos they cant or wont say anymore and have just been advised to wait and see what happens, but I need to know
