I had a missed m/c 4 weeks ago. I had a m/c induced with drugs in hospital and a follow up scan showed no retained products. The bleeding stopped quite quickly and I've been feeling really well. I thought I might have OV'd the weekend before last due to lots of CM and an outbreak of spots. However my temps are all over the place so I'm not sure. Last Friday night I suddenly developed strong lower abdominal pains. So bad I couldn't stand up straight. This was not like AF pain, it was more of a strong dragging sensation and it was particularly bad when I went to the loo. I also had some brown spotting. I went to A&E and then back to the gynae ward who decided that it was an infection and now I'm taking antibiotics. The odd thing is that the pain improved significantly within 2 hrs, before I started the antibiotics. Would an infection really cause a sudden onset pain like this? Right now my abdomen is still tender and I had more brown spotting last night.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
I'm also confused about whether I OV'd or not. I had some EWCM a couple of days ago so maybe I hadn't OV'd when I thought I had.
Before I got my BFP I had brown spotting and all kinds of CM, but never pain like this. Also the biggest symptom was sore boobs which I don't have now, so I don't think I'm pregnant.
Anyone got any ideas? I feel like my body is falling apart .
