I said goodbye to my dad today, didn't know him long but I am feeling absolutely awful tonight, the funeral was okay but now I seem to be not coping very well, help

It is tough, the death of a parent, especially if you had missed time with him earlier in your life. I can only send loving wishes and tell you that the pain will pass. I hope that in the time you were with him, you built up some good memories to look back on.
