Making clothes into blankets

HI there,

I was wondering if anyone knew a company that made clothes into blankets as a way of remembering someone? My god mother wants to find a use for some of her daughter's clothes.
Thank you!

I've done a couple of these but more as a favour to close friends.
If you find a local quilter/patchworker they should be able to help.

I'm sorry for your loss.that's a great idea to remember someone by.if you can't find a local quilter/patchworker as justpoppingby suggested, how about going to a local habidashery shop.the ladies in my local habidashery shop are genius when it comes to sewing/crochet/knitting.I'm sure they would be happy to help your god mother.

That's fantastic. I am not local to her but will see what I can find. Just trying to help out where I can, hard to know what to do.

Thank you.
