Memory box

Has anybody found a really nice memory box to keep precious things?
The only ones I have seen have been light weight ones to keep baby mementos in.
I need something sturdy but beautiful to store the special reminders of my son's life (27 years)

We found a local company that made made to measure furniture, they made a beautiful blanket box style chest with our daughters name on and to the size and design we specified, it was also not as expensive as i had imagined it would be.
