Third Death this Year

I lost two wonderful relatives in August. It was my daughters birthday yesterday but that evening I found out someone else has died. It is in the local news and social media and I feel suffocated. We don't know the cause yet.

I have a birthday party to throw this weekend but we are all grieving.

Happy birthday to your daughter though - how old is she? my DS4 is 8 tomorrow and although we will have a takeaway meal he wants, he won't have his party till January as everyone else is just too busy.

I'm sure that your daughter will understand if you throw a party for her in the new year instead?

She is 3. We threw the party and it went well. Found out it was suicide :-(
