How to help Mum. Two deaths.

My Mother is broken. We buried her Mum last week. Last night her brother died.

Last year it was her stepdad, year before her older brother, and the year before her dad.

How can I help her? Feel in shock too. I was holding him as he sobbed last week.

Anyone?

I am so sorry. I don't know how someone moves on from this, but she has you and you are there for her. Do you have someone looking out for you too? I am sorry for your loss.

I have my DH and DD. I just can't bear to see my Mum broken. I wish I could fast forwards.

I know You can only hug your mum and understand her pain. She will know you are there, and know that you love her.

It is unutterably grim. The days will pass. There will come a point where she can take a calm breath. And you will have been there for her.
