Some advice please?

I am 18 and not really clued up on this sort of thing and was wondering if anyone could help me.
I was wondering if it is always really obvious that you have lost the baby and how would you know if you have miscarried?

Hi Bec, difficult to answer really, depends on the circs. Things like how far on the pregnancy is. There's usually bleeding with a miscarriage but about half of bleeds in early pregnancy are completely harmless. Was there something in particular you were worried about?
