Lost for words

I have just had some sad news but I can't say too much on here as I don't know if other people who know the person that died are on here. I don't know if they have been told about the person who died and I wouldn't want them to find out this way.

As my title says though, I am a bit lost for words. it wasn't long ago since another family member died too.Sad

I have namechanged as I didn't want to be recognised.

i might be able to say more in a day or two.

So sorry to hear your sad news, will be thinking of you, sending you an unmumsnetty virtual I hope you have someone in RL to talk to to help process your thoughts.

Haven't had much sleep. DH gone to work now. I have noone in RL i can talk to until after 9am. I can't talk on facebook as there are family of the person who died on there so I don't think it is appropriate until I know they know.
I can't tell my DC yet either until I have spoken to my mum.
Just feeling sick about the whole thing.

Sorry you are suffering, it sounds like you are in shock at the moment. Look after yourself, and don't feel bad for feeling numb/obsessive/in disbelief. When you can discuss it, things will start to sink in. I'm guessing it was unexpected, which is hard (though all deaths are difficult). Just hold it together until you are able to talk. Good luck, and sorry.
