Poem needed for card please

One of my mums best friends has only got a few hours to live due to cancer. I'd like to make my mum a handmade card and need a nice poem to put inside of it. I would send one to the family but I have only met the lady a couple of times so don't really know them and don't think it would be the right thing to do iykwim.
My mum is obviously really down at the moment and I thought it would be a nice thought to send her a card.

have a look at the compassionate friends website, its for bereaved parents and their families really, but the poetry and prose pages have some beautiful poems on, maybe something there?
