My dad died in November - going through all the firsts is so hard. And tomorrow, fathers day, will be very sad... The first year not to find a card with a train or cricket on it and not be able to say thank you again for being such a fantastic dad and grandad. And having to be all strong for the dcs all celebrating dp's day too.
It's funny how such a loss makes things so clear about the rest of my life too... But perhaps that's a thread for another day. I guess there's a few of us out there not looking forward to tomorrow so just wanted to say hi and take care us :-)
