Lucia I miss you. it was your birthday yesterday. You will always be my best friend and the most beautiful, clever, wonderful little girl in the universe. You are a 4 year old now. I miss you miss you miss you so much. I am forever thankful that you came into my life and I had the chance to meet you, you profoundly changed my world and I feel blessed to have had you with me although you were taken away far far too soon. I think of you every hour of every day. I talk about you as much as I can whenever anyone asks if your brother is my first, I tell them about you and just how wonderful you were and are and always will be. your case will help other children, it already has. I quit my job this year for you because I think you would want me to do my best to help children like you. love from mummy x

no Im not entropygirl. I just didn't have anywhere else to touch base with her everyone forgot her birthday, nobody at all mentioned it, not her father, not my family, not my friends. It hurts that to them she no longer has a birthday but I was there on my own looking at the clock thinking 4 years ago, I held you for the first time..

silly I know but it will always be her day. I just miss her. anyway, didnt post for replies or anything just because I have nowhere to talk to her right now. thanks. x

I think sometimes other family members don't mention 'it' in case it's upsetting, it's their awkward problem. Of course you miss her and the future she may have had. All of it. That's the love of a mother.

It's not silly at all. Her birthday will always be her birthday and I am sad for you that no-one in your life felt it right to share her day with you. Much love to you.
