I just heard today about this fire in Connecticut. Madonna Badger is quite a famous new york ad exec apparently, it seems her boyfriend put some logs / embers in a bag leaning against the house when he and she had finished wrapping christmas presents on christmas eve. the fire happened at about 5am christmas morning and killed her three daughters, and her parents who were also staying. the girls' father was recently separated from Mrs Badger and looks haunted in the pictures I've seen. One of those things you can't stop thinking about.
