My nan has been really ill for the past few weeks. I haven't seen much of her over the past 5 years (long story) but I've been to see her twice in the past couple of weeks. She's outlived the2 weeks she was given to live and I was planning to see her next week.
Just had a call to say she probably wont make it through the next 24 hours.
How do i decide whether to go see her now? How do I know whether I've said enough of a goodbye?
I can't stop crying and I don't know whether me going and crying all over her is going to make things worse for her.
