How do yuo cope with milestones.

My wonderful mum would have been 85 today. Feeling really sad as I am sure we would have had a big family party if she was still alive. Can't even visit grave as on holiday.
How do you deal with sadness. She died 5 months ago.

Milestones hurt but there is nothing you can do. My dad died 15 years ago and the first 7 years were really really hard. Every birthday/ anniversary/ Christmas. It does get easier in time, but 5 months is nothing. Don't be hard on yourself.
