Lost my mum 2 months ago. I keep having dreams with her in them. The most disturbing was last night. I actually woke up and for a split second thought she was still alive.
Has anyone else experienced this? Perhaps its because the inquest is coming up.

I haven't experienced exacatly this but would want to say to you don't be alarmed. It is probably quite normal to dream about things that are so traumatic especially when you know the inquest is coming. dreaming she is still alive must be disturbing when you realise again she is not. Hope you can relax through them and not worry you are abnormal. YOu are notxx
