Grandma Appreciation

My grandma was chuffing marvellous...

She helped me in SO many ways - she had been a nurse in special care baby unit.

When I was skint, she would slip me a twenty.

She had a marvellous sense of humour

She was kind to others

During the Miner's Strike, she sent food parcels to the miner's families.

She was just bloody great.

I miss her in ways that are not possible.

Thanks Mavis, she was. I still can't believe she's gone, even eighteen months on.

I thought she was going to be here forever :( and [childish emoticon]
