I hope you didn't have to wake him up immediately, just crawled into bed with him.

You posted a few days ago now, but there's no reason you can't spend a little more time huddling together in bed, to get up some emotional strength.

Have you managed lots of cuddling and mutual support today? Hope you are feeling better - not unhappy, even if you are sad (I do think there is a difference).
