my dd is 8 ,9 in 3 mths and seems to bee exploring herself is this normal. enjoying showering herself and feeling the fan in certain areas. she is very emtional and short tempered which i put down to hormones but i keep getting told by friend and family ( they only know about mood swings) that she is far to young for this. feel uncomfortable going to a professional ie doc, school nurse just in case i am made to look a fool. any suggestions on what i can do.? i am his difficult as u was abused from the age of and feel i am looking further into something that could be completely natural and should stop worrying. any advice please

it's absolutely normal behaviour! honestly. she's exploring her body and discovering that some things feel nice and that's totally ok
