Is it ok for a 4mo to sleep on her side?

4mo DD has just started rolling from back to front. We put her in her cotbed for daytime naps (Moses basket at night, but she's getting too big for it!), and now she's started falling asleep on her side. Is this OK, or should I be putting her back onto her back? I check her on the video monitor every few minutes.

Hello, my DS also did that about 4 months and I actually started rolling him on his side because he slept better that way... I did it near the side of the cot so that he was facing the bars and there wasn't enough space for him to get onto his tummy (hope that makes sense!).... if you hit the same pattern as we did then look out for when DD gets onto tummy and panics in the night (great!)... DS is now 6 mo and sleeps on front all the time, still can't roll back but is happier just lying there. Good luck!
