My ds is 8mo and his first tooth cut through a few days ago, its in the front on his lower jaw. Hes been quite grumpy and unsettled which I thought would be from the tooth next to it coming through but when I looked today hes got 2 new ones in the top, a front tooth and an eye tooth! I'm confused because my health visitor told me the bottom front teeth always come through first but my ds only has 1 so far and 2 in the top! Does this mean my poor ds is cutting 6 teeth at the same time? I'd be really grateful for any words of wisdom if anyone has experience of this, I've never heard of this happening before!
