Getting worried as my just 3 year old DD is point blank refusing to go to toilet unless with me or partner. She has been potty trained since two of her own accord and now dry at night. My worry is though, she goes to pre-school couple of mornings a week and refuses to go to loo and sometimes gets really umconfortable and upset. The other day my parents picked her up and she didn't wee from 8am till 4pm, surely this can't be good for her? We have tried bribery, sticker charts the lot!!Any other ideas? As I hate the thought of her holding on till i get back. This hasn't always been the case only last month or so. HELPPP!!!

bump.

My ds is similar but he's 2.10 and not dry at night time yet. He usually goes to the toilet when I tell him to go just before lunch time (even then he often says he doen't need to go but I do encourage him to go). He gets up at 7am so has no wees between then and noon, then none until 6:30pm when i sit him on the toilet before putting him in the bath. He just doesn't seem to need to go very often. However, if she's upset and uncomfy then maybe it's more than an emotional/control thing with her. Not sure but hpefully someone can answer you soon!

My three yr old dd is the same
she goes at home but doesn't go all day at nursery
I don't think she needs to go that much and even at home I have to nag her to go
but I remember not going all day at school and never had any problems

My DS is 7, he can go all day without having a week - I've given up worrying and nagging him to go!
