dd 3.11, will only go on own throne

Refuses to go on a toilet anywhere outside the house. Is happy to squat in grass if required but not on a toilet.

This is getting tiresome. Desperate to go for a wee in a recent play area. Refused to go on toilet and managed to hold for 2 hours until we got home. However she often can't hold on..................

Any advice?

Can you get one of the portable loo seats? I use a pottette for dd - it is a portable potty but opens out to make a seat you can use on any toilet - much easier than taking a potty and you can then let your dd know she can go on her own special loo seat when you are out and about.

hopefully that will transition into using the loo without the seat as she gets older.
