My dd has turned into Satans child

Why is my three year old constantly being naughty, she has been through the terrible twos, and I thought we were long past that, but lately she has just been bad, doing the complete opposite to what is asked, not going to bed (jumping around the room till 11 pm!) deliberately waking her little brother. This morning my dh and I are just worn out with her. Any advice?

Take a deep breathe and repeat to yourself This too is just a phase and it too will pass - many many times.

Maybe try some reverse psychology on her and tell her to do the opposite of what you want her to do - "Absolutely do not under any circumstances go to bed now - you must not!" and see how it goes until this phase is passed?

Bribery. Sticker/reward charts - good behaviour for half a day = a sticker, so many stickers = a treat.

Your message topic got my atttention. Your little one is not turning into satans child. She is just showing challenging behaviour.

How are you correcting her behaviour? Does she have time out or something like that?

You mentioned waking her little borhter. How old is her brother? Sounds like she is trying to get some attention from you.

Set some boundries what she is allowed and not allowed to do. What steps you will take if she does not do as you ask.

Go down to her level and look into her eyes and speak firmly to her. You may need to do time out if necessary.
