My DD has become so tearfull, fearfull, and clingy. Dont know if its developmental, emotional, physical.. how to repond. Have been cuddling her lots but now I wonder if she needs to be reminded she's actually OK and safe. Anyone know if this is normal at this age, standing but not walking. It's not separation anxiety, infact she is ok when I go out the room now.

This is developmental and entirely normal. It means that you and her have a good strong attachment to each other. The crying when you leave the room bit will probably come back again and that is also normal HTH
