My DD has just got one of her top front teeth, after an agonising week of bad nights and coughing and lots of crying... chamomilla helps and calpol if we cant cope anymore. Which teeth are the most troublesome?

I think they're all pretty bad - molars are probably the worst. I am now on my third child teething and the only advice I can give you is don't hold off on the Calpol. If you were going through it, you'd want painkillers. When DD is teething I keep her dosed up - when I had my other two we gave them Medised which was great for helping them to sleep but that is not advised now.
