experience of desmo?

Hi just wondering if anyone has any experience of using desmomelts. Ds (nearly 9) is wet every night and has tried 120mg of desmo. It didnt work so now we are trying 240mg. He still seems to be soaking from his head to his ankles every morning.

Does it take time to work or does it not work for everyone?

I have flicked through previous posts but couldnt see any mention of whether it takes time or not.

I think that it does not work for everyone

If 240mg does not work then I would be going back to enuresis clinic for more guidance

thanks - i was hoping it might start to work after a while but maybe not. This was rather our last chance after all else failed

are you also

increasing the amounts drunk through the day to increase bladder size

avoiding red and brown drinks (ribena/coke/tea)

doing pee/teeth/pee/bed?

now on a practical noteI am sure that you are already doing this:

double or triple dress the bed - waterproof/sheet, waterproof/sheet to make nocturnal bed changes a doddle

shower him in the morning for social reasons
