Since the end of Jan DD has been waking anytime between 2-3am and wanting a feed. it appears to be a habit which is hard to break, and she will now not go back to sleep again until she has some milk. I know I should probably just not give her a bottle and get her to go back to sleep, but just returned to work FT and the thought of spending over an hour trying to get her off, knowing a quick feed will mean a 20 min disturbance :-(. Before this all started she had slept from through the night since 12 weeks with no problems - She will be 1 in about 3 weeks.

Is this just a phase that they sometimes go through and she will start sleeping through again??? Am getting so tired :-(

its possibly a growth spurt & shes therefore more hungry, have you tried giving her something more filling such as baby rice or porridge with her bed time drink, that might be worth trying to help her sleep through

Easter's not far off - you'll have four nights in a row then when you won't have to go to work - maybe try and break the habit then!
