Only the orange lego

dd 22 months has for the past two weeks dumped all her lego on the floor and then proceeded to choose only the orange lego to place back in the box. What does this mean? Does she need more orange food?

maybe she likes the colour Orange??

maybe she wants LESS ornage food as she's hiding it away

what happens if you take out the orange ones so there not there to play with? is this turning into some kind of baby experiment?

Is she trying to make the Tango Man?

Try leaving her only the blue pieces as blue is the opposite of orange.

I think it is going to be a baby experiment bundle

she makes nothing of them.. not interested in building.. just destruction of anything I construct.

Blue yes could try that... thought maybe I would just remove all orange and see what she choose if anything next?

My 2 year old ds does exactly the same thing, but will only play with the single building blocks and the red fridge alphabet numbers i have on my fridge.
I actually removed all the single blocks from the bag of bricks and after tipping them into the middle of the floor, my ds stood there with a confused expression on his face, abd proceeded to play with his train set instead.
Strange but kind of cute!

I don't know but ds used to do it - but would take out the Purple lego.

He is quite fond of aubergines....maybe you do need to up her orange food

Papillon I LOVE baby experiments! (both mine have been to Babylab and dd2 was featured in National Geographic doing so! )

don´t liek to give her oranges as they give me headaches.. what other orange foods are there? besides pumpkins which are out of season here - she does not like sweet potato either!
