19 months old and no teeth. Anyone else had one?

I'm just interested. This is my nephew, not a sign of a tooth in his head, no bumpy gums, nothing! SIL isn't worried, her others were a bit late. She has casually asked gp and hv neither of whom have come across this. GP said if there are no teeth by 24 months they'll look into it but that really there's not much they can do. I'm not concerned either btw just a bit intrigued and I wondered if anyone else has had this and what the outcome was.

TIA

No one? Goodness, is he a medical mystery?
